That belief is strongly held by our founder and president, John Brooke.
John has been in the CPA world since 1975 when he started with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Here he learned valuable skills and developed his love for CPA and tax design work.
Throughout the years John has had many experiences and opportunities to fine tune his skills such as:
⭐️Started his own CPA firm in 1979. Firm was dedicated to unleashing the power of the tax code for his entrepreneurial clients
⭐️Worked with companies in the Silicon Valley starting with the first dot.com boom
⭐️Worked with IPOs for companies going public
⭐️ERISA actuarial work
⭐️Audit defense at all levels of IRS audits
⭐️Was a Trustee-in-Bankruptcy and headed creditor committees which assisted and reorganized companies to assisted in the reorganization of companies
⭐️Completed many projective statistical work for broker-dealers to model suggested portfolios
⭐️Completed projective work for businesses wanting a workable roadmap to the future
⭐️Assisted in management consulting for companies and nonprofits

While earning my bachelor's degree in accounting from Utah Tech University, formerly known as Dixie State University, I began working in the accounting and tax world in April of 2017.
During my career I have had the amazing opportunity to work with talented individuals that have shared my determination in helping people achieve their hopes and dreams financially. I live in Southern Utah with my wife and our dog. When I’m not busy at the office I like to spend time with friends and family as well as riding horses and working on our small cattle ranch.
I’m excited to have the opportunity to get to know you and hopefully get to work with you to help you pursue your goals and working towards mutual success!

Our organizational chart is markedly different than a typical consulting or accounting firm.
We add the client to our organization chart as a reminder of where we focus and whose battles we are fighting. If we ran a fast-food operation, our headquarters would be in an operating location to remind us of what it is we do and who it is we serve.
We believe using the best talent to solve problems, develop paths, and help the entrepreneur achieve their goals on-time, on-budget, and with the highest probability of success. Sometimes the best talent is not within Cash Flow Mastered.
