Company Story
Cash Flow Mastered, Inc. operates with over 50 years of experience in tax strategy, business consulting, and financial planning. Beginning in 1975, founder John C. Brooke gained his early experience with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., the largest of the “Big 8” accounting firms. Guided by skilled mentors, John developed a deep expertise in tax law, auditing, and management consulting. He later established his own CPA firm, tackling diverse challenges like Silicon Valley IPOs, IRS audit defense, ERISA actuarial work, and management consulting for businesses and non-profits. After retiring in 2005, John launched a series of businesses aimed to support entrepreneurs in achieving their goals through strategic financial frameworks and customized solutions.
Cash Flow Mastered helps entrepreneurs begin with the end in mind with a ‘values over wealth’ approach. This allows clients to leave the legacy they would like to leave to their family and their community.

Founder/President
John C. Brooke is an educator and entrepreneur dedicated to helping others succeed. Since 1975 John has utilized his background in theoretical mathematics, tax strategy, and consulting, to uncover often overlooked opportunities when helping clients succeed. His diverse portfolio of experience enables him to connect the dots between different economic engines that drive advantageous cash flow for companies. Residing in Utah with his wife, John enjoys the outdoors, and visiting family residing around the globe.

As a dynamic leader in People, Culture, and Operational Excellence, JoAnne transforms workplaces with innovative strategies and unmatched dedication. From building employee-centric programs to designing seamless operational structures, JoAnne thrives on empowering teams and driving success. With expertise in creating cohesive systems, she is the secret weapon behind exceptional company culture and organizational growth. In her free time, JoAnne can be found camping, kayaking or playing with horses.
Director of Finance
Karloz has a knack for mastering complexity while delivering accuracy. As Director of Finance at Cash Flow Mastered, Inc, he handles high-profile tax filings, analytical reporting, and secure financial management. With extensive experience managing multi-entity accounting, nonprofits, and payroll for hundreds, Karloz combines precision, leadership, and bilingual skills to Cash Flow Mastered. He calls Utah home and loves the outdoors.
