John C. Brooke

John knows the purpose of the tax code is to bring HOPE.  He leads a national recognized strategic tax thought leadership team that helps entrepreneurs reach their unlimited potential.  

John’s historical professional background includes licensing as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and registration as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). 

He started his own CPA firm in the Phoenix, Arizona area after leaving PMM & Co. in 1979.  John’s practice focused on tax and business strategy, tax compliance, and federal audit representation growing to encompass clients located primarily in northern Mexico and in the western United States. During this time, John also received various security registrations.

John voluntarily surrendered his CPA certificate in December 2007 and concurrently surrendered his security registrations to concentrate on the core focus of his passion:  Bringing the HOPE of the tax code to entrepreneurs.

John is an author of tax books and numerous articles.  He develops course curriculum and services as an instructor for continuing professional education (CPE) classes for certified public accountants (CPAs).

John is a speaker on tax, business strategy, achievement, and the relationship between choice • action • results.
